15th Anniversary Getaway: Bear Lake

15 Great Years together!!!!!

Lars and I had a getaway at Bear Lake to celebrate our 15 years of marriage. It was so so so nice! We stayed at the Bluebird Inn Bed and Breakfast. It was magical. The hosts Kip and Cindy were kind and the grounds and food were delightful. The entire trip was restful and peaceful. We explored Paris...in Idaho. :) Visited the Oregon Trail Museum. Went on a 28 mile bike ride, dipped our feet in the warm water, drove around the lake, walked through Garden City, shopped, ate shakes, burgers, and pizza. We talked non stop and had million dollar ideas. It is amazing how your brain unlocks things when kids are hoping around you nonstop. LOL

End of Summer Activities

Summer is wrapping up and we are squeezing in some of the fun out of it before school starts. 

Lars work had a summer party at the Aquarium.

I took the kids to the Highland Fling with my Mom and sister. They got to stay up late and see the fireworks for the first time. Liv was scared at first but once she saw how pretty it was she felt a little better. She kept trying to hide behind Lorretta. It was cute. I am glad she warmed up to fireworks. 

The kids also helped me clean the church. 

Man these kids are growing so fast

Liv is getting better at brushing her teeth on her own. LOL 

Onto a new season with summer ending.
