Fall Camping/Pheasant Hunt

We went camping during Lars' hunting trip this year. YAY! It was warm enough. I had a blast. I just love camping so so much. We didn't go enough this year. Next year will be different. 

We went up Manning Canyon and camped with Lars brother Tim. We got in Friday night, we had a little bit of rain at first but the rest of the weekend was clear skies. It was cold at night but good warm during the day. We hiked a lot, ate delicious food, fire bended ;), and just hung out. The boys woke up early to go hunting. Sadly they didn't have much success but we still had fun. We 4 wheeled around the area and just enjoyed being outside. 

The kids were so good the entire trip. We went home Sunday and winterized the trailer and spent the rest of the day doing laundry and watching movies together. Such a great weekend. 

Halloween

Halloween was a blast this year. We decorated the house and had a few days of various festivities. 

 Conference weekend we decorated the house and then painted our nails. :)

 Then we tried on various costumes. Liv wanted to be a princess and a unicorn so we settled on a Princess Unicorn. This is a witch costume that is too big for her. She loved wearing it around the house. 

 We carved and painted our pumpkins the Sunday before Halloween.

On Halloween we went trick or treating around the neighborhood with our friends. 

 During the day Liv and I enjoyed trick or treating around my 2 offices and visiting Roan at school for his parade. It was so much fun and very busy. I got so many steps in over the last few days. 

 On Halloween I was a unicorn with Liv. LOL

I love this holiday. It helps me feel like a rad Mom.
